Jake MacFarlane is a CFA® Charterholder and a key leader in FourThought Private Wealth’s investment committee. He co-manages the firm’s investment models, focusing on individual equity strategies and detailed company research to align portfolios with client goals. Jake’s expertise extends to developing quantitative screening algorithms and conducting in-depth research on alternative investments, overseeing fund selection and management for clients.
In collaboration with the CIO, Jake shapes the firm’s investment strategies and mentors junior analysts, ensuring all portfolios deliver value and meet the firm’s objectives.
A Florida native, Jake holds a finance degree from the University of South Florida and has a background in wealth management and insurance. He lives in Venice with his wife, Felicia, their two children, and two Goldendoodles.
