A modern coworking space beats a coffee shop every time.

https://www.officeevolution.com/locations/goldenAn ever growing number of Americans are striking it out on their own. They’re ditching their 9-5 jobs and starting up their own businesses, becoming freelancers, or looking to make money in unique and interesting ways. In other words, many Americans have grown tired of the typical grind that most people put themselves through for their entire lives and instead are trying to do things their own, unique way. This has been great for the coffee shop business, as people take their computers to these locations to get some caffeine and get some work done while still being able to be around other people. In fact, it’s safe to bet that coffee shops today are probably doing better than they’ve ever done before. Unfortunately, they’re not always the most productive places to get work done, and they don’t offer anything to their visitors other than some snacks and caffeine when they need it.

If you’re one of the millions of Americans looking to strike it out on your own, you should really start considering a coworking space. You’ve probably heard of the term but just in case you’re not that familiar, coworking spaces are work spaces where large numbers of people rent out desks, small offices, or small spaces and then all work in the same general area. This means that they are actually working in an office with other people who are similarly motivated, which in general means they are going to be more productive than they were when they were working at the coffee shop.

Choosing a coworking space over a coffee shop also means that people are going to get access to all of the amenities that these spaces have to offer. They of course have coffee and tea (at least most of them do), but they also have copiers, high-speed Internet, access to fax machines, sometimes gyms, and so much more. In other words, you’re going to get access to all of the things that a typical office has but you’re only going to have to pay a fraction of what it would cost typically. You’re going to have all the things you need to get your business off the ground or to get your work done, but you’re not going to be paying the high prices that most office buildings charge.

The added benefit of working in a shared office space is that you’re around other motivated people throughout the day. In fact, in many coworking spaces people actually come together to offer services to one another that the other needs. Maybe you’re looking to launch an IT business where you offer support to other businesses, and maybe there’s a lawyer down the hall who needs some IT help. You help her and in turn she offers you some assistance with a legal issue that you’ve been dealing with. There are so many benefits to working in a coworking space that it’s impossible to list them all, but they’re clearly superior to coffee shops. Try out Office Evolution Golden to see for yourself.
